Short Term Temporary/Per Diem/Maternity Leave/Vacation coverage:
We have candidates available for same day emergency assignments. These individuals are available to work on assignments from one day to three months.
Temp to Hire:
The temp to hire arrangement is similar to leasing with the “option to buy”. It allows the client and employee the flexibility to work together without the initial binding commitment. In a typical temp to hire situation Adelante Staffing Services, Inc. submits candidate resumes for consideration. After review of the candidate’s qualifications the client selects the candidate that best matches their need. The client can choose to perform a phone interview or an in-person interview or both. The selected candidate begins working for the client while remaining on Adelante Staffing Services, Inc. payroll. After a probationary period, typically lasting fifteen 40 hour weeks or 600 hours which ever is reached first.
Once the employee has reached the agreed upon hours the client is free to convert the employee directly to their payroll.
Direct Hire:
Adelante Staffing Services, Inc. has registered professionals with an interest in permanent placement positions. These candidates are unemployed or currently working seeking career growth opportunities and stability.
Adelante Staffing Services, Inc. works with the client and employee, the employee provides Adelante Staffing with their choice of position, schedule and desired annual salary. The client that selects this employee for direct hire will be invoiced for 20% of the chosen employees agreed upon annual salary. This amount is invoiced thirty days after the employee begins working for the client. This amount is due upon receipt with no reimbursement. In the event the candidate resigns or is terminated within the first thirty days, no placement fee will be charged. Therefore, please keep in mind the first thirty days is a probationary period for the direct hire employee.
